Privacy Policy

1. Controller

2. Data processed, purposes, legal bases

Account: email address and password (stored only as a bcrypt hash). Purpose: registration, login, cloud sync. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).
App content: the data you record (goalkeepers, games, shots, settings). Stored on our servers in the EU when cloud sync is enabled. Purpose: cross-device synchronisation. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Email delivery (verification, password reset): your email address is sent via Google Workspace for delivery. Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR.
Diagnostics/crash reports (Sentry): technical error data (device type, OS/app version, error stack trace), no recorded game content. Purpose: stability and bug fixing. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processed in the EU region.
Server logs: IP address, timestamp, endpoint accessed. Purpose: operation, security, abuse/brute-force protection. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Stored briefly.

3. Hosting & processors — within the EU only

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — servers & backups.
Google (Google Workspace) — sending transactional emails (verification, password reset).
Sentry (EU region) — diagnostics/crash reports.

Account and content data are processed exclusively within the EU (Hetzner, Germany). For email delivery, Google as a processor may process data outside the EU; this is safeguarded by a data processing agreement and EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 28 / Art. 46 GDPR). Only the email address and the content of the service emails are transmitted.

4. Retention

Account and content data until the account is deleted. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or at supakeepa.vonfoorn.com/account/delete. Server logs are deleted shortly after.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), data portability (20) and objection (21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. No tracking, no advertising

We use no advertising trackers, share no data for advertising, and perform no profiling or automated decision-making.
